This December, there will be a trip to Penang for all architecture students in UCSI. Although limited we still have some more placing.
The trip will bring a wonderful experience to you guys especially the foundation student – this can be your first experience in experiencing architecture. There will be visits to many historical sites in Penang. There also, will be guidance by a conservational architect there. This is your golden chance to get to know more about the architecture world. Of course, there is entertainment also. There will be activities and competitions during the trip.
As Joshua has said, this trip will be an event packed trip. He, as well as the other BOD is trying to make things more exhilarating and fun. So, come and join the trip!

A new journey…

UCSI used to have a Architecture Association (AISS), but during a period of time it went missing and left the juniors with lost of hope and interest. Therefore from the cries of the student, AIMS was born – Architecture, Interior, Management and Surveying Student Association (AIMSSA) or AIMS for short.
On September 11, 2008 a group of architecture foundation student steps up and lead out the UCSI crowd with a dream. Each faculty has its own styudent association such as SASSA, SSLA, ITSA, ESA and et cetera that is active and on going; but we sadly, the architecture faculty has none.
But now with AIMS, a new name that going to out shine the other student association by taking smaller steps at a time will bring forward a new generation of students. A generation of student whose not only good in their studies, but also could accomplish great achievement as well as curricular activities.
AIMS is going to move forward with one vision,
Creative in design, Virtue in actions, Contribution to the society, and Whole as one.
With the motto “We aim for the future, We aim for the best” we will shoot out and try to be the best!
